Universal penetrating primer
It is designed as a base coat for absorbent building materials prior to finishing with interior and exterior coatings. It improves base absorption homogenization, stabilizes the base and increases the adhesion of coatings, wall finishes, adhesives and sealants. The penetrating primer consistency is specially adjusted for easier application without running and dripping.
